These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TurboClipboard application (“App”), developed and operated by Epistates, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using TurboClipboard, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

TurboClipboard is a clipboard manager and command palette application for macOS.

Smart Features

Purchase Terms

✓ TurboClipboard is a one-time purchase on the macOS App Store
✓ All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
✓ Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy
✓ No subscriptions, recurring charges, or in-app purchases
✓ Free lifetime updates and improvements included

Usage Guidelines

User Obligations

  • Use the app for lawful purposes only
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the application
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Comply with all applicable laws and App Store guidelines
  • Maintain security of your device

Prohibited Uses

  • × Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the application
  • × Removing or altering copyright notices
  • × Using the app for commercial redistribution
  • × Attempting to bypass application restrictions
  • × Any use that violates applicable laws

Intellectual Property

Application

The TurboClipboard application, including its design, code, and user interface, is the intellectual property of Epistates, Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

Saved clips, commands, and templates you create within TurboClipboard are your personal content. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you retain full ownership and control.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TurboClipboard on your personal macOS devices for personal or professional use, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.

Legal Framework

Disclaimers

TurboClipboard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epistates, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TurboClipboard.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TurboClipboard after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Data & Privacy

TurboClipboard collects no data whatsoever. All clipboard data, saved commands, and preferences are stored locally on your Mac. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
